Set-up
- The caravan is approx. 13 feet long, 8 feet high, and 6 feet wide. Maneuvering into position requires additional space.
- The tap (i.e. serving window) is on the DRIVER’S side of the caravan. When maneuvering it into its serving location, our vehicle must have enough room to pull in and get out.
- The caravan needs access to a standard 120V outlet within 100 feet of the caravan to run. We bring a 100 foot, 12 gauge outdoor extension cords. If you do not want cords showing or there is no access to power, we can provide a rental generator for an extra fee.
- The recommended space to allow for beverage distribution is 8-10 feet in front of the dispensing area. This will give your guests the space needed to either serve themselves or be served if you have chosen to have an attendant presen
Gratuity
- Most establishments automatically add gratuity to each order, which is considered an industry standard. We believe this should be optional and based on actual performance. We will have a QR code available onsite if you want to add a tip, but none is expected or required.
Insurance
- We carry commercial insurance and general liability.
Damage
- The client is responsible for any and all damages during the rental period. This includes equipment, furnishings, or other rented items.
Rain Policy
- Rain & inclement weather are beyond our control. We recommend having a backup plan in place for all outdoor events.
- Due to our advanced booking model, we cannot accommodate rain dates. The host is responsible for a tent or covered space in the event of inclement weather. We are happy to work with your tent vendor to find an appropriate tent for your event.
- Alternatively, if your rain plan is to utilize an indoor venue, we can offer one of our bubbly carts instead, as long as they are not booked for another event.
